RECRUTING PROCESS

On this page we explain the procedure of our application process:

 

1. if you have found a suitable position, then apply to us

2. we will have a short telephone conversation with you and invite you to a video interview.

3. if you are suitable for us, you will have to prove your skills in an internship.

4. you will then receive an employment contract from us and have to sign some documents online.

5. you get access to the e-learning course on the intranet, where you have to successfully complete the onboarding course.

6. once you have completed all these steps, you will receive a project-specific training
training with a final exam and an internal certificate

7. once all this is done, you are allowed to work for us completely independently in one of our projects
