RECRUTING PROCESS

On this page we would like to explain the application process to you:

 

First Part:

 

  1. You apply for a position in our company or send us a speculative application

  2.  Within the next 48 hours, we got a feedback to you and shedull an interview with you

  3. Subsequently, we will conduct a video interview by introducing you and our company

  4. If we are thinking, you are the right canidate, we offer you change in the Engagement week

  5. We will got you an Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) you have to sign

  6. You got a change to show us your Engangement, meaning the Engagement Week!, If we see you are really engaget we offer you an Contract and as well we are paying you for your Work and time!

Second Part:

  1. If You got an offer for a position, you will receive a welcome email from us with all important links to forms, as well as an employment contract.

  2. You will receive an online access to our training platform and you will have to complete the onboarding and data protection course.

  3. Welcome, you will receive all access and knowledge material for self-learning and you will officially become a part of our team!

  4. We are discussing you developement plan!
