We are looking for you as Co-Founder for the Medical Services division!
As Co-founder Medical Services, your task is to help set up and manage the RBTF's private emergency Medical services (Sanitätsdienst) and hold emergency tranings. We want to noticeably improve and change the quality of emergency medicine, both at customer and employee level.

Responsibilities
What are your tasks?
- As Co-Founder Medical Services, you will be responsible for the development and expansion of private emergency medical service for events (Sanitätsdienst)
- You design training concepts, curricula and teaching materials together with the RBTF for emergency medical training courses
- You are actively involved in further training as an instructor together with the RBTF.
- You actively participate in the recruitment of new staff when there is a need.
- During direct personal contact with potential customers, you will be networking for customer acquisition. (no cold calling!)
Qualifications
- You should have these qualities:
- Qualification as a Rettungssantitäter
- 1 year experience in Medical services (Sanitätsdienst) and training
- Qualification as a first aid instructor according to DGUV (optional)
- Good customer communication and problem solving skills
- Your own notebook and good working skills with Pcs and Microsoft 365
