Co-Founders Programm

The Co-Founders program is a completely new measure that was launched at the end of 2022 and is intended to create more incentives for the collaboration and development of the RBTF.

It is now possible for all employees to apply for the Co-Founders Programme. A place in the Co-Founders Programme offers special benefits, including a place on the Board of Directors and thus decision-making power in the development of RBTF.
