You can apply for any position with us with whatever training or qualification you bring. Of course, an appropriate qualification is an advantage and in certain areas mandatory, but not always a requirement. 

Here’s an example:

You want to become an IT employee, but have not yet worked in IT, but already know about computers? 

You also have the ambition to change something in your life and to develop yourself further? 

Then we will have a conversation with you and, if you are successfully hired, we will integrate you into our team and support your training or further education, up to the complete financing. 

Until the completion of your qualification, you can already use the skills you have in a suitable field of work with us.
